Lexi's 8th birthday was a magical Muddy Boots dream
What better way for girls to celebrate than a beautiful unicorn-themed sleepover? This unique theme was chosen by our birthday girl in advance, giving us ample time to source exclusive accessories!
After careful planning and, of course, readying our cameras, we arrived early on Saturday morning and got to work. Before long, we had transformed a stunning Kensington home in to a glitzy grotto for our birthday girl and her lovely friends.
As we excitedly created the perfect party, we noticed an even smaller pair of muddy boots peeking around the corner! Lexi's mum had asked us to add on an extra tent for her little sister the day before, and we were happy to oblige and share the magic with everyone! Here at Muddy Boots we wouldn't want anyone to feel left out, so we promptly supplied a 7th tent so that everyone was able to enjoy the evening.
Once the scene was set, complete with brand new unicorn décor, our fancy dress rail, three individual cushions for each tent and assorted soft toys (including our new favourite - Louis the cute and sleepy swan), the girls enjoyed making their very own jewellery to take home. This fun activity was part of the girls' experience thanks to our friend Mandy from Bead Kids (www.bead-kids.com).

As the evening progressed, the girls watched a mystic magician whom they all found quite mesmerising! These brilliant activities were organised by Lexi's mum and admired by the children from the comfort of their gorgeous muddy boots tents. As Lexi and her friends found out, the 7 tents were uniquely styled for each child, so that everyone felt special last Saturday night!
